We supply and support a number of products, all products carry a general guarantee for the 'reasonable life of the product', however some products do carry specific guarantees:

  • Petzl: All Petzl products carry a 3 year guarantee, the date of manufacture is printed on the product.
  • Stanley: Stanley flasks carry a lifetime limited warrantee.

What does the guarantee/warrantee cover?

Products are guaranteed against manufactured faults. Willful or accidental damage are not covered by the guarantee.

Some examples:

  • A flask that has been dented to the extent that the insulation no longer works is not covered, but if it is not keeping your drinks hot for no apparent reason then it probably is.
  • A headlamp that was chewed by your dog, or has leaked batteries in it is not covered.
  • A self-inflating mattress with a hole or tear in it is not covered.

Can my item be repaired?

Due to the technology employed in the manufacture of many products these days, it is often not possible for us to repair items and sending them back to the manufacturer, thousands of miles away, is not viable.

PPE cannot be repaired.

Send your product to us.

You can take your product back to the place you purchased it, but to save time and money it is better to send it directly to us via Registered Parcel Post.
